What are your hours?
What are your Service Hours?
Pet-sitting and dog walking visits are between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm 7 days a week.
Doggy Sleepovers or Overnight visits are also available, where pick up & drop off times vary per your needs.

What are your Office Hours?
We know everyone has different schedules, so are proud to offer 7-day customer service
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
Weekends/Holidays: 9:00am – 6:00pm

During this time we return calls, fill schedule requests, change appointments, etc.
After hours we do our best to return texts, calls, and emails, so please be patient.

Why Calling All Dogs?
Calling All Dogs is a professional dog walking and pet sitting service. Our dog walkers and per sitters are insured and bonded "in case" anything happens during our dog walks or pet sits.
Some people think, "its just dog walking, why does it matter who does it", instead of asking the most important question: "what if"?
What if your neighbor or friend cancels on you last minute and can't walk your dog?
What if something happens to your pet during the visit, who pays for that?

What is the price of peace of mind knowing we never cancel last minute? We have several reliable back up sitters in case your primary sitter cannot make it.
Neighbors or friends cannot provide that level of service.

What do you do on a typical visit?
A typical visit is whatever your normal routine in. We can do whatever you want in the time that you contract us to be there. Our dog walking or pet sitting visits can include: Feeding per your instructions, fresh water, clean bowls, administer medications, dog walks, love and playtime, brushing, and quick potty breaks. We also clean litter box or bird cage , bring in mail and newspaper, water plants, and turn lights on or off.  And of course, lots of TLC.

Do You Always Visit The Exact Time We Ask? Typically, our visits are booked in a 2-hour time frame. If you have a specific time request, we will do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.

Do we meet our pet sitter?
Yes! In fact, we insist on you meeting your pet sitter. We require a complimentary Meet & Greet to our new clients and animals. The goal of this meeting is for you to explain all your home and pet routines and also to make sure both parties are the right fit for each other. This also gives you a chance to ask us any questions in regards to our care & policies we have in place.

Do We Get The Same Sitter Every Time?
Our goal is that you have the same sitter each time. Even though we have a large staff, we assign you one primary sitter so that you and your pets can establish and maintain a personal relationship with your pet sitter. If your primary pet sitter is booked up, sick, or has a day off, we will provide a back-up sitter to care for your pets. We also want you to meet any back-up sitters for your peace of mind. Therefore, we will never cancel a confirmed pet sitting assignment last minute and leave you in a bind.

Do Your Pet Sitters Get Their Background Checked?
Absolutely. All of our pet sitters have passed a background check and are fully insured and bonded. Our interview process includes several steps to gather detailed information about the pet sitter and an interview with our owner. All pet sitters authorize a personal/work reference check and a criminal background check. In addition, all pet sitters sign a thorough Independent Contractor’s agreement that outlines our company rules and expectations.

After these steps are completed, we have a training program. This includes: shadowing our experienced pet sitters and going over proper pet care procedures. We also work closely with several local animal trainers to go over proper procedures in regards to walking and other situations that may arise during a visit.

What types of pets do you care for?
Calling All Dogs cares for all types of pets.
We work with all dog breeds and sizes. We serve all companion animals, such as cats, birds, rabbits, caged reptiles, even chickens and ducks!

The type of pet you own is not our concern. We will not provide services to an animal with a history of aggression. It is very important that you are honest with us if your pet has a history of aggression. Although we are experienced in pet care, we are not trainers or behaviorist. Our dog walkers' and pet sitters' safety is most important.

What type of payments do you accept?
The type of payments we accept are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Check. We try to keep our payment process as simple as possible. Invoices are generated the Monday after services are provided. Do You Have Any Surcharges?
A $5 service fee is applied to each visit on holidays. Here is our list of Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Eve & Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. We may also charge a $10 convenience fee for visits requested with less than 24 hours-notice.

Your first 2 dogs are included in the initial charge and there is a $2 fee for a 3rd dog. If you have any further questions about our Surcharges, please Contact Us.

Do you have a referral program?
As part of Calling All Dogs Referral Rewards Program, referring clients will receive a $20 credit on your account when the referred party books 5 visits with us.  There is no limit to how many credits you can get so spread the word. Word of mouth is the best compliment to a Dog Walking and Pet Sitting service. Our team of sitters work very hard to take care of your pets. Can I tip my pet sitter?
YES! 100% of all tips left for Calling All Dogs dog walkers and pet sitters directly to them. Our sitters care for your pets with a great deal of love and frequently go “above and beyond” the call of duty. If you were provided with great service it is appropriate to tip your pet sitter 10-20% of the total bill if you wish to do so.

What areas do you service?
Calling All Dogs proudly services all areas in: St Pete, Gulfport, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Tierra Verde, Seminole, Pinellas Park, and Feathersound.

If your neighborhood isn't listed, we service the following zip codes. 33701, 33702, 33703, 33704, 33705, 33706, 33707, 33709, 33710, 33711, 33712, 33713, 33714, 33715, 33716, 33760, 33762, 33764, 33772, 33773, 33776, 33777, 33781, and 33782.

How much notice do you need to schedule visits?
If you're a new customer, please try to give at least a few days notice to set up the Meet and Greet at your home.
Once you become a client, we request at least 24 hours notice to request visits, so that we have enough time to arrange services with your pet sitter.
If you are out of town for longer than expected, no need to worry, as we continue to service your home and pets until you return home.

If you regularly request last minute/same day service, there may be a last-minute reservation fee.

How do I make reservations?
We try to make this as simple as possible. You can call, text, or email us directly so we can schedule the visits. You can also schedule them yourself through our Pet Sitting Software. If you have a consistent schedule, we can auto-schedule your visits.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel pet sitting appointments, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Regular fees will apply if the pet sitter travels to your home and you did not cancel. For Doggy Sleepovers or Overnights, 50% non-refundable deposit is required after booking dates to hold dates
